Hi, I’m Amy, a freelance Events and Wedding Coordinator based in Suffolk. With 6+ years of experience as the on-site coordinator at the beautiful Henstead Pavilion, I’ve had the privilege of working on countless weddings and events, gaining valuable insight and expertise along the way.

Launching Amy Annabelle Events at the end of 2024, I can now bring that experience directly to you in and around East Anglia! Whether it’s a wedding at a venue, a private home, or any other location in need of coordination, I’m here to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Package 1 - The Whole Gig

My Full Event Coordination service ‘The Whole Gig’ is designed to make sure your wedding or event runs seamlessly, allowing you to enjoy every moment without any stress.

Starting with an initial meeting a few months before the big day, preferably at your venue, we’ll discuss your ideas and requirements before creating a seamless timeline and coordinating with suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

I will keep in touch with you in the lead-up to the big day through planning meetings and phone calls, making sure every detail is covered and nothing is left overlooked.

Package 2 - On the Day

This package is my most popular and is perfect for couples who have already planned their event and just need someone to take the reins on the day.

A few weeks before the wedding, I’ll step in to go through all the finer details and review the timeline with you and your suppliers, making sure everything is aligned and ready to run smoothly.

On the day itself, I will arrive approximately two hours before your guests to oversee set up, ensure everything is in place, and handle any last-minute details, giving you complete peace of mind that the day is fully under control. Enjoy your celebration knowing everything is being taken care of behind the scenes.

Package 3 - Bridal Bestie

As a Bridal Bestie, I’m here to take care of all the little tasks, so you and your wedding party can focus on enjoying your special day.

From ‘floofing’ dresses to handling emergency situations, I will be there as your perfect PA on the day.

This role also works perfectly alongside a venue coordinator - while they focus on the flow and logistics of the venue, I’m dedicated solely to you and your needs, making sure you feel supported and stress-free throughout the entire day.
